Have the struggles of adulting got you confused and stressed out?! That was me 3 years ago.

That’s when I left the safety net that is school and dived head first into the real world. Soon after, I had a sobering realization… Being an adult is hard!

There are bills, responsibilities, early mornings, debt, and expectations!!

On top of that it felt like everyone else had it together but me. It was like I was watching all my friends and peers get a hang of this new concept and somehow, I was lagging terribly behind still trying to figure out life.

I started to wonder…

“Am I the only one feeling like this? Is it just me? Why can’t I seem to get myself together?”

The more I actually started talking about these things with other people the more I started to realize… maybe it isn’t just me. Maybe this is something a lot of people are going through.

That’s when ADLT 101 was born!

Let’s be real we learn a bunch of useless information in school. I remember the day they lost me in math class when they introduced those imaginary numbers… fake numbers?!

But it’s funny how there’s such a lack of practical information floating around out there about how to survive life after school despite having all these fancy degrees

As much as these things cost you would think we would have learned the secret to life in school, let alone how to do seemly simple things like… file our taxes for example.

After a while, I started to get a better grip on this whole ‘adulting’ thing

I was able to pay off all my debt, travel around the world, and start my own business all within 18 months of graduating… things we’re beginning to look up!

I’m just here to share some of the things I’ve learned so far along the way. I’m no expert by any means, I don’t think anyone is, but I just want to help where I can.

So ADLT 101 is for us! For everyone who feels like they missed the course that was suppose teach them how to become a responsible functional adult.

Remember you’re not alone. We’re all going through it and we’re gonna make it together!

How does the Coaching Program work?

The ADLT 101 coaching program gives participants the ability to work one on one with a Millennial Transition Coach to understand how to manage the increased responsibility and freedom that comes along with navigating the “adult world” after school. Each individual will participate in a discovery session and the program will be tailored to their individual needs. Throughout the program, individuals will be able to utilize familiar tools such as apps, social media & video to make the sessions both relatable and fun.

*All sessions are completely confidential

Meet Jennifer!

“Being a Millennial myself, I know exactly what challenges young people are facing when trying to navigate a new world full of both opportunity and responsibility. Coming into the adult world can be really scary when you feel like you have no idea what you’re doing. I started ADLT 101 to be the resource I wish I had to make this transition a little easier. The individuals that I work with become empowered to make informed decisions and take control of their lives. I help to cover various topics ranging from budgeting to career management. Everyone’s story is different so each program is tailored to the individual’s specific needs.”
